In accordance with UK law, you have the right to return an unused product for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

The product must be returned unused in its original condition. Where the product is non-faulty, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. As long as your item is in a new and unused condition you will receive a refund, minus the original shipping costs. Postage costs shall not be refunded unless the product is deemed faulty.
In the case of a faulty product, please photograph evidence and send it to contact@natashawoodcraft.com before returning your product. A replacement item will then be arranged. If we require a return of the faulty item, we will provide a returns label.
Products that have been personalised in any way are excluded from this guarantee unless they are deemed faulty.
It is not possible for Digital downloads to be returned. In the case of a faulty digital product, please email contact@natashwoodcraft.com and we will arrange a replacement product.
